The location is convenient, offering an e-bike rental station very close. This made exploring the area easy. The staff at the front desk were cute. My room included a safe and mini refrigerator.

The front desk handled a large tour group efficiently and remained patient. Coffee, tea, water, apples, and candy were available in the lobby all day. The breakfast buffet cost €15.

the location was quite good and within reasonable walking distance of the city center.
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a major letdown. I expect that at a hotel charging these rates. furthermore, requesting a replacement bottle of water after the first day was met with refusal, apparently it is only complimentary on arrival (how stingy!).

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It just didn't have much flavor. also, the room service menu was pretty limited. i expected a bit more variety and quality from a hotel of this supposed caliber. It was disappointing! the wi-fi was also spotty.

The room was super clean and very modern, i did not expect such a well-kept space! the bathroom had a huge walk-in shower. It felt very luxurious. i also found the location great as the main sights were only a short walk away.
i noticed the street noise in my room. it was a bit bothersome as i tried to sleep.

The hotel is close to the city center, only about a 15-minute walk, easy to get around! i could access many attractions without needing public transport. It was really convenient.
